Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Managementprozess von Kultursponsoringprojekten beginnt mit einer Bestandsaufnahme kommunikationsrelevanter Sachverhalte. Diese Analysetätigkeit untersucht intern die bestehenden Ressourcen und Voraussetzungen für ein Kultursponsoringprojekt sowie extern die Situation der Kooperationspartner, Wettbewerber und der allgemeinen Rahmenbedingungen. Im Kapitel werden die verschiedenen Bereiche und Methoden einer Situationsanalyse erläutert, die im Rahmen des Managementprozesses des Kultursponsoring durchgeführt werden.
