Abstract

Zusammenfassung Adaptive Projekte bleiben manchmal auf der Stelle stehen, weil das Ziel unklar, zu groß und unteilbar erscheint. Managed Services sind in der Regel sehr umfassend und die zugrunde liegenden technischen Produkte bieten ein Überangebot an Funktionen. Deshalb braucht es ein Methodenset, das Ziele kooperativ auslotet und in Strategien präzise ausrichtet, das Wertpotenziale sammelt, den Diskurs anregt, um Unteilbares zu zerlegen und Projekte passgenau zu definieren.
