Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während der letzten Jahre ist in zahlreichen Wirtschaftszweigen ein Bedarf an adaptiven Services entstanden. Traditionelle Ausschreibungsverfahren können wirksam sein, stoßen aber immer wieder an bestimmte Grenzen. Wir gehen die entscheidenden Schritte des Ausschreibungsprozesses durch und benennen die für uns entscheidenden Meilensteine, an denen die Weichen für die Zukunft der Zusammenarbeit von Kunde und Dienstleister gestellt werden.
