Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die ESG-Berichterstattung nach den Vorgaben der CSRD wird von vielen Unternehmen als bürokratische Herausforderung empfunden. Doch der methodische Ansatz zur Stakeholder-Analyse kann Unternehmen nicht nur helfen, diese Hürden zu überwinden, sondern auch strategische Synergien zu schaffen. Durch die umfassende Berücksichtigung von Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Aspekten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette eröffnet die ESG-Regulatorik neue Möglichkeiten für nachhaltiges Wirtschaften und strategisches Wachstum. Die Einbindung und sorgfältige Analyse der Stakeholder sind entscheidend, um die strategischen Mehrwerte der ESG-Regulatorik zu realisieren und eine nachhaltige Unternehmensstrategie zu entwickeln. Der Beitrag zeigt, wie sich zukunftsfähige Wertetreiber im Unternehmen identifizieren und sich daraus transformative Chancen für eine M&A-Strategie ableiten lassen.
