Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine Integration stellt eine herausfordernde unternehmerische Aufgabe dar, die ein Unternehmen nach einem Unternehmenserwerb durchführen muss. Zur Umsetzung der vielfältigen Integrationsaufgaben sowie zur Vermeidung von Ertragseinbußen und Demotivation respektive Frustration der Mitarbeiter hat sich ein auf die konkrete Situation angepasstes Integrationsmanagement bewährt. Die Komplexität einer Integration kann dabei durch die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung deutlich erhöht werden. Ein stringent umgesetztes Integrationsmanagement stellt unter anderem eine Plattform dar, auf der Mitarbeiter mit unterschiedlichem unternehmenskulturellen Hintergrund nach eindeutigen Spielregeln erstmals zusammenarbeiten. Klassische Aufgaben eines Projektmanagements kommen hierbei zur Anwendung. Eine frühzeitige Vorbereitung der Integration, bestenfalls vor dem Eigentumsübergang, stellt einen kritischen Erfolgsfaktor dar.
