Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel kehrt zum Modell als zentralem Werkzeug für das Informationsma- nagements zurück. Es diskutiert die Auswirkungen unterschiedlicher Modellierungssprachen im Hinblick auf Boundary Objects der Enterprise Architecture. Im Anschluss stellt das Kapitel einen Integrationsmechanismus vor, der Syntax, Semantik und Notation von Sprachen als Bausteine auffasst, die sich mit Hilfe einer Integrationssprache unternehmensspezifisch kombinieren lassen. Die good practice eines Cockpits der Enterprise Architecture zeigt, wie diese Konzepte im Unternehmen durch Werkzeuge realisiert werden können.
