Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel motiviert das Informationsmanagement als zentrale Herausforderung moderner digitaler Unternehmen. Daraus leitet das Kapitel zwei miteinander verzahnte Hauptaufgaben des Informationsmanagements ab: die Gestaltungs- und die Führungsaufgabe. Im Mittelpunkt der Gestaltungsaufgabe steht das digitale Geschäftsmodell und seine Umsetzung. Die Führungsaufgabe fokussiert sich auf die Ausprägung der Gestaltungsprozesse.
