Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei der Einführung einer neuen HR-Software sind viele Hürden zu überwinden. Zunächst gilt es festzulegen, wie umfangreich das Projekt überhaupt sein kann, denn die „Breite und die Tiefe“ bestimmen die Veränderungsgeschwindigkeit. Gemeint sind damit einerseits die Größe des Unternehmens und andererseits der Umfang der Veränderungen. Bei der Neugestaltung der Prozesse stellt sich die Frage wie dies gelingen kann, trotz „überzogener Erwartungshaltungen“ der Belegschaft an die neue Softwarelösung. Allzu oft sind Softwareprojekte mit dem Wunsch konfrontiert, dass das neue System alles kann, was das alte System konnte, darüber hinaus aber alle Spezialfälle auch noch abgebildet werden können. Die Gestaltung des Lastenheftes hilft dabei die Forderungen zu relativieren. Eine der größten Herausforderungen für die HR stellt das Daten- und Schnittstellenmanagement dar, denn das HR-System muss üblicherweise mit den vorhandenen IT-Systemen des Unternehmens mithilfe von Schnittstellen verbunden werden. Dies erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen HR- und IT-Abteilung und ein tiefes Verständnis für die gegenseitigen Anforderungen.
