Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) in Unternehmen eingehend untersucht. Wissenschaftliche Studien zeigen, dass gegenwärtig nur etwa jedes fünfte Unternehmen aktiv KI einsetzt. Die vorrangigen Anwendungsgebiete umfassen Textanalyse, Textgenerierung, Gesichtserkennung und Prognosen. Die Hauptgründe für die zögerliche Akzeptanz liegen in Datenschutzbedenken, Wissensdefiziten und der Unsicherheit bezüglich rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen. Zur Veranschaulichung werden fünf Fallstudien präsentiert, die unterschiedliche Einsatzszenarien von KI in Unternehmen darstellen. Diese reichen von der automatisierten Erstellung von Meeting-Protokollen bis zur Integration von KI in Produktionsprozesse. Sie demonstrieren die vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI-basierten Lösungen und zeigen auf, wie Unternehmen durch Effizienzsteigerungen, Kostensenkungen und die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsansätze in verschiedenen Bereichen profitieren können. Abgerundet wird das Kapitel durch ein Interview mit einem führenden Experten für Künstliche Intelligenz.
