Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungskräfte sind heute mit einer Vielzahl von Herausforderungen konfrontiert: Krieg in Europa, Inflation, Post-Corona-Blues und anderes belasten Mitarbeitende in deutschen Unternehmen und erschweren die Planung für Unternehmen deutlich. Diese Krisen fordern Führungskräfte auf höchstem Niveau heraus: Die Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Stabilität steht an erster Stelle, während sie gleichzeitig durch die Unsicherheit navigieren müssen. Im vorliegenden Kapitel geht es um das Führen von Menschen in Zeiten der Unsicherheit.
