Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel möchte ich auf die Veränderungen und neuen Herausforderungen in der Arbeitswelt 2024 eingehen. In diesem Kapitel werde ich zuerst die jeweiligen Herausforderungen erklären und anschließend einige aktuelle Beiträge aus relevanten Zeitungen und Fachmagazin besprechen. Die Herausforderungen sind die Rezession im Standort Deutschland, Rentabilität in Unternehmen, Nachhaltigkeit, KI und die neue Arbeitswelt 2024.
