Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt viele Veränderungsbremsen in der Führung, aber die wichtigste auf der persönlichen Ebene ist Scham. Wenn führende Personen sich schämen, vermeiden sie es, entscheidende Weichen für den Wandel zu stellen. Sie sind dann nämlich damit beschäftigt, sich selbst zu schützen.
