Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verankert durch die Wurzeln wächst der Stamm als Verbindung zwischen Wurzel und Krone, zwischen zwei gegensätzlich wachsenden Bereichen. Als Verbindung zwischen Gegensätzen wird im Stamm der Prozess des Durchflusses der Nahrung in beide Richtungen koordiniert und dadurch das dynamische Gleichgewicht – Fließgleichgewicht – für den Baum insgesamt gesichert. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Fließgleichgewicht führt zu der Erkenntnis, dass Gegensätze nicht unbedingt trennend wirken müssen, sondern, richtig genutzt, zur Stabilität beitragen. Wir folgen der Bedeutung des Rhythmus in Organisationen und schauen auf Kompetenzen, bzw. auf Rahmenbedingungen, die für den Erhalt des Fließgleichgewichtes notwendig sind. In der Geschichte der Lemberg Messgeräte GmbH begegnen wir dem Geschäftsführer Marc, dem Stammhalter der Organisation. Er reflektiert darüber, wie er die Organisation zusammenhalten kann und holt sich Hilfe bei der Organisationsentwicklung. Jonas, Techniker und Leiter im Vertrieb, erkennt unterschiedliche Rhythmen und Lea kämpft mit der Datenflut.
