Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir beginnen das Gedankenexperiment bei den Wurzeln des Baumes und den Wurzeln der schwierigen Situation, in der die Lemberg Messgeräte GmbH sich gerade befindet. Wurzeln werden zur Metapher für Vernetzung, Verankerung und Organisationskultur. Ihr Bild ermöglicht eine Analogie zu den digitalen Strukturen. Dazu gibt es Überlegungen, zu der Natur der Dinge, bzw. wie Vernetzung sich auf unser Denkmuster auswirkt. Die Geschichte von Sven, weist auf die Kraft hin, die aus den Wurzeln kommt.
