Abstract

Organizations have an inherent desire to maintain their existence. Whether and how they can continue to develop depends on the respective core values and the environmental dynamics. The ability to deal with adverse circumstances and overcome crises is called resilience. This can also include ensuring (high) reliability and crisis management. The functional resonance analysis method (FRAM), which is explained in this chapter using a practical case, can be used to analyze the situation. Organizational resilience management is set up by combining various existing concepts and is shaped by measures at several levels.
