Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag werden neue Entwicklungen rund um das Arbeiten im Tourismus vorgestellt. New Work, Gehaltstransparenz und die faire Gestaltung von Bewerbungsprozessen sind dabei Themen, die aufgegriffen werden. Denn die Attraktivität von Arbeitgebern im Tourismus ist bereits jetzt maßgeblich davon abhängig, wie zeitgemäß sich Unternehmen präsentieren und wie sehr sie Mitarbeitenden auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Durch den anhaltenden Fach- und Arbeitskräftemangel gewinnen diese Aspekte weiter an Bedeutung, sodass New Work im Tourismus in Zukunft keine Seltenheit mehr darstellen wird, wenn Unternehmen Mitarbeitende finden und binden möchten.
