Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bewertung von Hotelimmobilien ist ein komplexes Berufsfeld, das sowohl Fachwissen im Bereich Tourismus und Hotellerie als auch allgemeinwirtschaftliche und mathematische Kenntnisse erfordert. Daher sind einerseits praktische Einblicke in die Abläufe eines Hotelbetriebs und andererseits theoretisches Wissen, das durch ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus erlangt werden kann, Voraussetzung für einen Einstieg in dieses Berufsfeld. Im Zuge der Bewertungstätigkeit können wertvolle Einblicke in das Geschehen diverser Märkte gewonnen werden und es kann ein umfassendes Verständnis der Branche erlangt werden, wodurch das Berufsfeld eine spannende und vielseitige Möglichkeit für Tourismus- und Hotelbegeisterte mit analytischer Veranlagung darstellt.
