Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sales, Marketing und Revenue-Management – alles unter einem Hut? Und wer bestimmt dann? Alle drei Bereiche müssen nahtlos zusammenarbeiten, um den Umsatz zu steigern und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhalten. Sie müssen agil sein, ständig lernen und ihre Strategien anpassen. Um diese laufenden Auseinandersetzungen produktiv zu koordinieren, ist in Hotelketten eine Business-Development-Rolle erforderlich, die nach innen und außen aktiv kommuniziert und leitet. Um mehr zu dieser Führungsposition zu erfahren, haben wir mit Verena Wogatai gesprochen.
