Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit dem Einsatz von digitalen Tools in der Personalarbeit stellen sich insbesondere aufgrund der automatisierten Datenverarbeitung und Entscheidungsfindung neue Fragen, die sowohl rechtliche als auch ethisch-moralische Aspekte betreffen. Zunächst wird deutlich gemacht, welche unterschiedlichen allgemeinen und personalspezifischen Fragestellungen zurzeit diskutiert werden. Anschließend werden einschlägige Gesetzesvorgaben und deren Implikationen erläutert. Aus dem Bereich der Ethik werden mehrere Richtlinien aus dem globalen wie nationalen Kontext in ihren Grundzügen beschrieben. Insbesondere werden die Richtlinien des Ethikbeirats HR Tech vorgestellt und auf offene Fragen aufmerksam gemacht.
