Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für die Beschäftigung mit Smart HRM – dem klugen Einsatz von digitalen Tools und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zur dateninspirierten und automatisierten Personalarbeit – gibt es eine Reihe von Gründen: Innovationsargument, Produktivitätsargument, Spiegelungsargument, Legitimationsargument, Objektivitäts- bzw. Neutralitätsargument und Erkenntnisargument. Der Einsatz digitaler Tools und KI in der Personalarbeit ist deshalb keine Frage mehr des „Ob“, sondern des „Wo“ und „Wie“: In welchen Teilbereichen der Personalarbeit lohnen sich digitale Tools? Wie funktionieren sie, was kann man mit ihnen machen kann und was geht (noch) nicht?
