„Partner in Transformation“ – Modernes Innovationsmanagement innerhalb der HDI Global

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Case Study gibt einen umfassenden Einblick in die Rolle eines Industrieversicherers – HDI Global – in Zeiten modernen Innovationsmanagements. Mithilfe einer entwickelten Klaviatur für holistisches Innovationsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung des „Build-Partner-Invest“-Frameworks werden bestehende und zukünftige Innovationsaktivitäten und -vehikel analysiert. Sogenannte Centers of Excellence in domainspezifischen Fokusfeldern, u. a. HDI TH!NX (IIoT Venture Builder), und Hannover Digital Investments (HDInv) als strategischer Investor sind Bestandteile der Status quo-Analyse im Organisations- und Innovationskontext der HDI Global. Abschließend werden bisherige Erfolge und zukünftige Herausforderungen bei der Etablierung strategischen Innovationsmanagements innerhalb der HDI Global beleuchtet, um die Vision „Partner in Transformation“ voranzutreiben.
