Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachhaltige Entwicklung ist eine zentrale Herausforderung der nächsten Jahrzehnte. Die Eindämmung des Klimawandels sowie der Schutz unserer natürlichen Ressourcen bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung des gesellschaftlichen Wohlstands ist ein schwieriger Balanceakt. Der folgende Beitrag geht auf die Rolle grüner Innovation und Impact Venture Capital Funds (VCs) im Kampf gegen die Klimakrise ein. Klimatechnologien erlebten in den letzten Jahren einen regelrechten Hype. Dieser Artikel beleuchtet wirtschaftliche Grundlagen, die Startups und Investoren in den ‚Climate Tech‘ Bereich ziehen. Wir analysieren das Innovationspotenzial von Klimatechnologien und zeigen Geschäftsmodelle und Investmentansätze, die Kapital aus dem Klimaschutz schlagen und mit Innovation unsere Umweltprobleme lösen.
