Betriebspraktika in Start-ups als innovative Methode der schulischen Entrepreneurship Education

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Start-ups können aufgrund ihrer offenen Struktur und innovativen Geschäftsideen als besonderer außerschulischer Lernort angesehen werden und die schulische Entrepreneurship Education durch Realbegegnungen, wie Betriebspraktika, fördern. Betriebspraktika geben Lernenden eine erste grundlegende Orientierung über die sie bereits umgebende Arbeitswelt und unterstützen sie bei der Vorbereitung auf betriebliche Lebenssituationen. Durch Reflexionsphasen in der Schule können das Interesse der Lernenden an bestimmten Berufsfeldern eruiert und bewusste Entscheidungen für den Übergang von der Schule in die Berufs- und Arbeitswelt getroffen werden. Betriebspraktika in Start-ups können neben der Förderung berufsbildender Aspekte einen relevanten Beitrag für den Erwerb speziell unternehmensgründungsrelevanter Kompetenzen bei Lernenden leisten. Eine vergleichende Analyse deutscher Wirtschaftslehrpläne verdeutlicht jedoch einen Reformbedarf, da Betriebspraktika in Start-ups curricular nur marginal verankert sind. Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, welche Potenziale Betriebspraktika in Start-ups in der schulischen Entrepreneurship Education aufweisen können und welche Rahmenbedingungen benötigt werden, um die entrepreneuriale Kompetenzentwicklung der Lernenden am Lernort Start-up zu fördern.
