Die Relevanz von Entrepreneurship Education in der Lehrkräfte-Ausbildung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht, inwiefern Entrepreneurship Kompetenzen in der österreichischen Erstausbildung von Lehrkräften gefördert werden. Entrepreneurship wird dabei in einem weiten Sinne als Fähigkeit verstanden, Ideen zu generieren und in ökonomische, soziale oder kulturelle Werte umzusetzen. Die vorgestellte Curriculum-Analyse aus dem Bereich der Sekundarstufe Allgemeinbildung greift auf das Kompetenz-Modell der Europäischen Union zurück und kommt zu differenzierten Ergebnissen. Zum einen gibt es einzelne Unterrichtsfächer, deren Lernziele durchwegs unternehmerische Kompetenzbereiche ansprechen, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Handlungsfähigkeit und Ideengenerierung. Gleichzeitig sollte die Leerstelle in vielen anderen Fächern davor hüten, eindeutige normativen Werte-Ordnungen aus dem Curriculum abzuleiten. Dennoch erlauben die Ergebnisse exemplarische Einblicke in die Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten der Entrepreneurship Education in der Lehramtsausbildung, deren wesentlichen Implikationen am Ende des Beitrags diskutiert werden.
