Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele Startups haben erkannt, welchen Stellenwert das Teilen von Wissen über Netzwerke für Organisationen, Unternehmen und Mikrokosmos hat. Durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung entstehen verschiedene neue Formate der Kommunikation. Fortlaufend entwickeln sich bereits vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur Partizipation, welche letztendlich maßgeblich von der persönlichen Motivation eines jeden Einzelnen zum „Mitmachen“ und seinen individuellen Interessen abhängen.
