Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 2 dieses Buches wurden die besonders kommunikationsintensiven Rahmenbedingungen für eine erfolgreiche Unternehmensführung erörtert und in den Kap. 6 und 7 die Implikationen für die Kognitionsprozesse in unterschiedlichen Managementsituationen. Es wurde deutlich, dass Sprache dabei eine zentrale Rolle spielt, was zur Konsequenz hat, dass die Kommunikation in Organisationen sprachbewusst gestaltet werden sollte. Dieses Kapitel führt daher den Begriff der sprachbewussten internen Kommunikation ein, erläutert ihn und beschreibt typische Kommunikationskontexte, in denen es auf Sprache ankommt. Insbesondere werden noch einmal die Begriffe und Wirkungsweisen von Frames und Metaphern aufgegriffen sowie Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten für eine sprachbewusste Kommunikation dargestellt. Abschließend wird das Konzept in die Funktionen des Kommunikationsmanagements eingeordnet, wobei vor allem die Notwendigkeit einer Semantiksensibilität bei der Kommunikationsgestaltung betont wird.
