Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem ausführlichen Kapitel gehen wir der Frage nach Was wird gelernt? und stellen dazu eine Sammlung von 33 Beschreibungen von inhaltlich orientierten Denk-, Verhaltens- und Handlungsweisen vor, die wir für den Bereich des effizienten Crew Resource Managements sowohl in High-Risk- als auch in Low-Risk-Environments von Bedeutung halten. Jedes der Themenfelder beinhaltet ein Fallbeispiel, eine Definition der zu behandelnden Thematik, eine Darstellung von damit verbundenen Problemstellungen sowie eine konkrete Auflistung von möglichen Lösungsansätzen. Vervollständigt wird jede Beschreibung anhand von Übungen und Checklisten, die dem Nutzer einen pragmatischen Zugang zu den Thematiken ermöglichen.
