Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erläutern wir die theoretischen Perspektiven, die wir im Zusammenhang unseres Konzeptes des effizienten Crew Resource Managements (ECRM) einnehmen. Sie fundieren erstens auf der Epistemologie des Sozialkonstruktivismus als Vorstellung des Menschen als sich selbst konstruierendes Wesen, zweitens auf dem Verweis auf die Wissenschaftsdisziplinen des Organisational Behaviours und des Human Factors, drittens auf unserem sozialkonstruktivistischen Ansatz der Kompetenzen sowie viertens auf einer sozialkonstruktivistischen Didaktik, die der Frage nachgeht, nach welchen grundlegenden Prinzipien in dieser Konstellation die ECRM-Aus- und Weiterbildung unterrichtet werden kann.
