Abstract

Zusammenfassung Basierend auf der Kritik einer fehlenden Wissenschaftlichkeit im Crew Resource Management schlagen wir in diesem Kapitel den Begriff und das Konzept des Effizienten Crew Resource Managements vor, das wir auf einer theoretischen Ebene auf der wissenschaftstheoretischen Epistemologie des Sozialkonstruktivismus, den Wissenschaftsbereichen des Organisational Behaviours/Human Factors und unserer sozialkonstruktivistischen Theorie der Kompetenzen fundieren. Wir erweitern diesen Ansatz in methodologischer Hinsicht um eine diesbezügliche sozialkonstruktivistische Didaktik sowie in einer inhaltlichen Dimension auf 33 verschiedene Konzeptionen aus dem Non-Tech-Bereich des menschlichen Wissens, Könnens und Seins in Low Risk Working Environments.
