Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel beschreiben wir das Konzept des Crew Resource Managements (CRM), das originär aus dem Flugwesen stammt und einen Aus- und Weiterbildungsansatz darstellt, der das Ziel verfolgt, Besatzungsmitgliedern von Flugzeugen sowie dem Bodenpersonal eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsausbildung im psychologischen Bereich zur Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit und zur Reduktion von Fehlern zu vermitteln. Wir gehen dabei auf dessen Ursprünge, die verschiedenen Generationen, dessen Definition sowie dessen Effizienz ein. Das klassische Crew Resource Management steht für Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen im Flugwesen zu Non-Tech-Themen wie Situationsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfindung, Problemlösestrategien, Fehlermanagement, Sicherheitskultur, Kommunikation, Kooperation, Koordination, Teamwork, Gruppendynamik, Leadership, Stress, Ärger, Angst, Wachsamkeit, Müdigkeit, Arbeitsbelastung.
