Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel situieren wir unsere Überlegungen in einem Kontext der Komplexität, indem wir darauf verweisen, dass sich sowohl Organisationen, soziale Gruppen als auch Menschen als komplexe Systeme durch eine Reihe von Faktoren wie Dynamik, Unsicherheiten, Ambiguitäten, Emergenz, Rekursivität, Kontingenz, Relativität, Subjektivität, sich selbst organisierende und strukturierende Gebilde, etc. kennzeichnen. Wir weisen in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hin, dass diese komplexen Systeme – trotz ihrer Entropie – von komplexen Menschen effizient und viabel gemanagt werden können, indem entsprechende Managementmethoden wie eben das effiziente Crew Resource Management zur Anwendung kommen.
