Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das vorliegende Buch bietet eine umfassende Bilanzanalyse von Real-Estate-Unternehmen im DAX. Es untersucht die Auswirkungen von Unsicherheiten wie steigenden Zinsen und Inflation auf den Immobilienmarkt. Fokussiert auf Vonovia SE, Deutsche Wohnen SE, LEG Immobilien SE, TAG Immobilien AG und Adler Real Estate AG, werden finanzielle und qualitative Faktoren analysiert. Die Ergebnisse sind für Investoren, politische Entscheidungsträger und die Öffentlichkeit relevant und tragen zum Verständnis des deutschen Real-Estate-Sektors bei.
