Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agilität ist seit vielen Jahren in aller Munde und das zu Recht. Agilität wird als Allheilmittel von organisationalen Problemen beschrieben. So einfach ist es leider nicht. Aber dennoch: Durch Agilität im Marketing können die meisten Herausforderungen angenommen und Veränderung antizipiert werden. Nun am Ende unseres Buches möchten wir noch einmal zusammenfassen, welchen Mehrwert nicht nur Marketing, sondern das gesamte Unternehmen erfahren kann, wenn ein agiles Mindset vorhanden ist und eine entsprechende Operationalisierung stattfindet.
