Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wandel wird nie wieder so langsam sein wie heute. Wir befinden uns in stetiger Veränderung. Konstanter Umbruch ist die einzige Konstante. Große erfolgreiche Konzerne müssen es mit kleinen dynamischen Start-ups aufnehmen. Produkte und ganze Branchen fielen bereits disruptiven Bewegungen zum Opfer. Und nicht zuletzt hat die Corona-Pandemie der Digitalisierung massiven Aufschwung gegeben. In diesem Kapitel möchten wir mit Ihnen eine kleine Reise durch die Zeit machen und Ihnen aufzeigen, wie Märkte sich verändert haben, welche Auswirkungen die Digitalisierung hat(te) und welche Herausforderungen Unternehmen zu bewältigen haben, um in dynamischen Zeiten Marktanteile auszubauen.
