Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Zeiten dynamischen Wandels gewinnt die Förderung von Intrapreneurship an Bedeutung, um Agilität und Innovationskraft zu stärken und die Mitarbeitenden zu befähigen, ihre Ideen umzusetzen. Die „IntraXperience“ ist ein Inkubator-Programm, das Start-up-Methoden einsetzt, um auch im öffentlichen Sektor unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln von Mitarbeitenden zu fördern und Innovationsideen in die Umsetzung zu bringen. Eine explorative Begleitstudie liefert erste Erkenntnisse zu Erfolgsfaktoren, Wirkungen und weiterem Forschungsbedarf zur systematischen Intrapreneurship-Förderung in Organisationen.
