Abstract

Summary Behavior patterns are standardized processes that underlie the majority of our decisions. They can be classified in the field of “persuasive communication”. Their use in digital business improves the user experience and increases the conversion rate (as well as other relevant User Experienceperformance indicators).Conversion-Rate Prerequisites on the company side are a marketable and competitive product and a functioning technical infrastructure. If this is the case, behavior patterns can be used to redesign or optimize websites, apps, online advertising media, etc. At the same time, their effect should not be overestimated; they certainly do not represent the legendary “buy button” in the brain. Although the effectiveness is mainly universal, the potency is not. As a result, the better a company knows and classifies its users, the more accurate the selection of behavior patterns can be. In this context, the real-time dynamization or personalization of the website along the identified user groups offers further conversion potential. For the identification of suitable Kauf-Knopfbehavior patterns,Personalisierung this book provides several frameworks. In addition, it is advisable to combine mutually reinforcing behavior patterns in many cases.
