Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn ich im Seminar oder Training mit den Teilnehmern die Frage anspreche, was zu tun ist, um die für Inside Sales erforderlichen Kompetenzen aufzubauen, heißt es oft: „Ich bin ja von der Geschäftsleitung und meiner Führungskraft abhängig, welche Weiterbildungs- und Coachingmöglichkeiten mir angeboten werden. Wie soll ich denn da etwas selbst beisteuern? Das geht doch gar nicht.“ Das stimmt nur bedingt. Denn Sie können tatsächlich selbst sehr viel dazu beitragen, um den Entwicklungssprung zum Inside-Sales-Mitarbeiter zu schaffen. Etwa indem Sie Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen einfordern und darüber hinaus selbst aktiv werden und Lernprozesse eigeninitiativ in Gang setzen.
