Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Vorstandsvorsitzende eines bayrischen Großkonzerns liebt es, seine Führungskräfte und Topmitarbeitenden einmal im Jahr auf die Alm zu schicken. Stets gegen Ende des Jahres gibt es hoch oben auf dem Berg eine Zukunftswerkstatt, bei der in motivierender und kreativer Atmosphäre die Entwicklungsleitlinien für das nächste Jahr diskutiert und festgelegt werden. Manchmal sogar für die nächsten Jahre. Ich bin in diesem Jahr mit dabei und stelle den Führungskräften und Schlüsselmitarbeitenden eine neue Mitarbeiterin vor, die zukünftig als Sales Development Representative tätig sein wird, kurz: als SDR.
