Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund der Vielzahl und der Unterschiedlichkeit von ESG-Definitionen und ESG-Kriterien, gibt es (bis jetzt) keinen einheitlichen Ansatz welche konkreten Wettbewerbsvorteile dadurch entstehen können. Gründe dafür sind unterschiedliche Reportingstandards und vor allem die Herausforderungen bei der Messbarkeit von ESG-Faktoren. Dennoch erfasst die ESG-Transformation eine steigende Anzahl von Unternehmen und gewinnt spürbar an Bedeutung.
