Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bedingt durch kulturelle Veränderungen, die Pandemie und veränderte Bedürfnisse unterliegen Arbeitsmodelle und Arbeitswelten einem stetigen Wandel (Helmold et al., 2023). New Work ist ein Ergebnis dieser Transformation und des Kulturwandels (Bergmann, 2019). New Work ist die Bezeichnung für ein radikales neues Verständnis von Arbeit in Zeiten von Globalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung. Die zentralen Punkte von New Work sind Freiheit, Selbständigkeit und Teilhabe an der Gemeinschaft.
