Abstract

Zusammenfassung Transformation beinhaltet den ständigen und systematischen Wandel von Organisationen mit dem Ziel nachhaltiger Veränderungen von Prozessen, Abläufen, Strukturen und der Kultur (Helmold, 2022). Ein wichtiges Element ist die Implementierung von Innovationen und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien. Transformation ist ein zentraler Bestandteil des Change-Managements oder Änderungsmanagements. Das Änderungsmanagement umfasst die Implementierung einer neuen Mission, Vision, Strategien, Strukturen, Systeme, Prozesse und Verhaltensweisen in einer Organisation.
