Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Gutes besser tun“ rund um die Digitalisierung – Sie sind gemeinnützig und eine Non-Profit-Organisation, sie arbeiten mit und für den Menschen und haben gleichzeitig den Anspruch der Einführung und Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen? Der Beitrag diskutiert auf Basis der Erfahrungen aus der praktischen Einführung einer Softwarelösung bei einer großen Förderstiftung zentrale Fragen wie: Wie gestaltet sich der Prozess der Digitalisierung? Welche Anforderungen stellen sich und welche Bedenken sind im Prozess auszuräumen? Wie kann ein digitales Konstrukt zielführend umgesetzt werden, ohne dabei die Grundidee des Stiftungswesens, die Nähe und den Kontakt zum Menschen, nicht zu verlieren? Und welche Rolle spielt dabei der beteiligte Mensch mit seinen Ideen und Anforderungen, der Mitarbeiter und Förderpartner?
