Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung einer Organisation ist ganzheitlich und strategisch zu betrachten und muss die Ziele und die Vision der Organisation berücksichtigen. Dabei ist Digitalisierung kein Selbstzweck, sondern muss sich an der Weiterentwicklung der Organisation messen lassen. Der hohe Partizipationsgrad der Stakeholdergruppen und die Berücksichtigung der unterschiedlichen Perspektiven sind zentrale Umsetzungsfaktoren und wichtige Gelingensvoraussetzungen. Eine gut aufgesetzte digitale Strategie begreift gute Projektplanung, eine sorgfältige Analyse und die stetige Anpassung der Vorgehensweise als essenziell.
