Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Artikel wird die Frage erörtert, wie Erzähltechniken genutzt werden können, um Strategien erfolgreich zu gestalten. Die Bedeutung und Rolle von Erzählungen bei der Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung wird beleuchtet und es werden konkrete Erzähltechniken vorgestellt, die helfen, weit verbreitete Herausforderungen in der Strategieentwicklung zu meistern. Gleichzeitig wird diskutiert, wie sogenannte Urerzählungen dazu beitragen, die Kohärenz und Konsistenz einer Strategie zu fördern und in Krisensituationen dazu befähigen, Herausforderungen zu antizipieren und flexibel zu reagieren.
