Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das gesellschaftliche Interesse an der Messbarkeit und Nachweisbarkeit sozialer und ökologischer Wirkung wächst. Insbesondere zivilgesellschaftliche, doch auch politische und wirtschaftliche Akteure setzen sich vermehrt mit den (Aus-)Wirkungen ihrer Tätigkeiten auseinander. Zugleich ist auf gesellschaftlicher Ebene ein erstarkter Transparenz- und Gestaltungswille zu beobachten, der sich auch in den Ansichten von Stifter:innen widerspiegelt. Trotz der Diversität der Perspektiven, aus denen Wirkung betrachtet wird, lassen sich zentrale Schritte identifizieren, die sich auf unterschiedliche Kontexte zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen übertragen lassen. Der Beitrag gibt eine Einführung in die allgemeine Vorgehensweise bei der Wirkungsmodellierung und erläutert die Schritte anhand eines Praxisbeispiels aus der Hospizarbeit.
