Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach der prozessbezogenen Beschreibung der unternehmensspezifischen Anforderungen, Ziele, Aufgaben mit Struktur- und Soll-Kennzahlen der im unternehmensspezifischen Prozessmodell definierten Geschäftsprozesse über die 4 hierarchischen Prozessebenen des Prozessebenenmodells sind die Voraussetzungen geschaffen, das Corporate-Governance-System als integriertes Führungs- und Leitungsinstrument für das Management zu implementieren. Dafür sollten die Geschäftsprozesse am geeignetsten nach dem weltweit gültigen BPNM-2.0-ProzessvisualisierungsstandardBPNM-2.0-Prozessvisualisierungsstandard rollenbezogen in der in Abschn. 1.3 beschriebenen Swimlanedarstellung mit der zeitlich – sachlich – logischen Ablauffolge dokumentiert sein. Dies ist ebenfalls eine Forderung bei der Einführung integrierter Managementsysteme (IMS), wie anschließend im Kap. 8 bei der IMS-Governance noch einmal als Voraussetzung für die IMS-Managementsystem-Zertifizierung erläutert.
