Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Anspruch der MITO-Modell-segmentbezogenen Führungs- und Leitungssystem-Kennzahlenzuordnung ist eine vergleich- und bewertbare Messung der umfassenden und kontinuierlichen Unternehmensweiterentwicklung. Die Betrachtung der Wertschöpfungskette aus traditioneller finanzorientierter Sicht ist hierbei nicht ausreichend, weil die Prozessleistungen sowie Mitarbeiter- und Kundenzufriedenheit dabei nicht berücksichtigt werden können. Ein weiteres wesentliches Defizit ist, dass eine Verknüpfung zwischen Strategievorgaben und strategischen Zielen, Erfolgsfaktoren und Managementsystemen nur ansatzweise erfolgt. Deshalb kann auch keine unternehmensweite oder durchgängige Kommunikation der Strategien erfolgen. Über das an den Balanced-Scorecard-Kennzahlensystemprinzipien orientierte MITO-Modell-Segment-Führungs- und -Leitungskennzahlensystem sollen diese Nachteile vermieden werden.
