Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der zahlreichen Literatur zum Thema „Corporate GovernanceCorporate Governance“ werden bei den jeweiligen Definitionen unterschiedliche Begriffe und Inhalte verwendet. So definiert beispielsweise Wikipedia (2024) „Corporate Governance“ als den rechtlichen und faktischen Ordnungsrahmen für die Leitung und Überwachung eines Unternehmens. Andere Autoren bezeichnen Corporate Governance als Ordnungsrahmen der Führungsorganisation oder verstehen darunter die Prinzipien einer verantwortungsvollen, auf langfristige Wertschöpfung ausgerichteten Unternehmensführung und -kontrolle (Keuper, Neumann 2010). Eine weitere Definition versteht Corporate Governance als die Gesamtheit der Regeln, Verfahren und Gesetze, nach denen Unternehmen geführt und betrieben werden. (Haufe 2021)
