Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Agilität ist das Gegenteil von Planerfüllung, hat aber nichts mit Planlosigkeit zu tun. An die Stelle starrer Ziele treten viel mehr Visionen“, (Horst Wildemann)“ (1). Werden agile Managementansätze in Projekten gewählt, ist die Erfolgsrate signifikant höher als bei plangetriebenen Projektansätzen (2). Als Gründe dafür werden mehr Partizipation, schnellere Entscheidungen und mehr selbstbestimmtes Agieren im Sinne von weniger Hierarchieabhängigkeit genannt. Eine geringere Planungs- und Führungsintensität ermöglichte in der Corona-Pandemie auch im Krankenhaus die schnellere Umsetzung von Projekten, eine hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und große Eigenverantwortlichkeit.
