Abstract

Zusammenfassung Statt lange und umfangreiche Audits durchzuführen, könnten agile Audits in kleinere, iterative Phasen unterteilt werden. Dies ermöglicht es, schnellere Ergebnisse zu erzielen und bei Bedarf auf Änderungen oder aufgetretene Probleme zu reagieren: Agile Audits könnten von multidisziplinären Teams durchgeführt werden, die Expert*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen des Krankenhauses, einschließlich Ärzt*innen, Pflegepersonal, Verwaltung und anderen, umfassen. Diese Diversität ermöglicht eine umfassendere Sicht auf die Abläufe und Probleme.
